Job Responsibilities

• Guide your team to identify new opportunities, potential business risks, and drive actions to optimize customer loyalty
• Coach your team through critical thinking scenarios, analytic-based problem solving, leveraging data into insights, and driving business decisions with a consulting mindset
• Develop strategic retention offers and enhance profitability within Retention operations using financial modeling
• Spearhead the development of Loyalty-based AI/ML initiatives to generate churn mitigation with creative approaches
• Support team project management, including all phases of opportunity identification, recommendation, implementation, and refinement
• Generate and leverage cross-department partnerships to inform and implement effective retention solutions
• Effectively communicate complex storylines and data-driven recommendations up to the SVP and President levels
• Be an industry expert, understand competitive strategies, and their impact on the Video Services business
• Review and understand SQL codes and Tableau reports used by your team for reconciliation and further technical development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a field demonstrating logical thinking (e.g., mathematics, economics, computer science)
• ~2+ years managing or leading an analytic-based team
• ~4+ years of experience in data-driven analytics or strategy roles
• Master's Degree in a relevant field a plus
• Experience developing analytic models and dynamic reports with SQL, Tableau, and Excel that drive business direction and insights
• Strong communication and presentation skills with audiences from individual contributors to executive leadership

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
