Loyalty Strategy Team Lead

The Customer Retention Analytics Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer profitability. This includes analyzing large datasets, creating dynamic reports, and presenting insights to senior leadership. As a key member of our analytics team, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, strategic recommendations, and project management to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide a team of analysts to uncover new opportunities, identify potential business risks, and develop targeted retention strategies
- Coach team members through critical thinking scenarios, analytic-based problem solving, and consulting mindset approaches
- Leverage financial modeling to develop strategic retention offers and enhance profitability within retention operations
- Spearhead the development of loyalty-based AI/ML initiatives to generate churn mitigation with creative approaches
- Support team project management, including opportunity identification, recommendation, implementation, and refinement phases
- Develop and leverage cross-department partnerships to inform and implement effective retention solutions
- Communicate complex storylines and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive strategies, and their impact on the video services business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a field demonstrating logical thinking (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics)
- At least 2 years of experience managing or leading an analytics-based team
- 4+ years of experience in data-driven analytics or strategy roles
- Masters Degree in a relevant field (optional)
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,950 - $119,900 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skill level, and competencies.
