Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to qualify, pursue, and secure.
  • Leverage your expertise in physical security and ESS to build trust with clients.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with industry stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage an active pipeline of new opportunities and drive them to successful closure.
  • Implement a strategic call plan to support pipeline development and represent the company to partners and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure effective solution design and implementation.
  • Develop timelines for opportunities and ensure milestones are met.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of securing opportunities from identification to award.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in securing projects for ESS solutions.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively engage with senior executives.
  • Established customer relationships within the industry.
  • Skilled in developing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Competencies in client relationship management, negotiation, sales planning, and creativity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with strong report preparation skills.
