Job Summary:

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to join our team. As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all Guests by delivering a unique and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch Guest Services: Ensure that every Guest interaction is positive and memorable, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of DipSide items: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and handling procedures.
  • Operate Point of Sale System and Gas Console efficiently: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain and organize merchandise and stock levels: Restock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Ensure store security measures are upheld: Monitor the store and parking lot, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Keep the store and parking lot clean and orderly: Maintain a clean and safe environment for Guests and employees.
  • Accurate reporting and record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and Guest interactions.
  • Execute other duties as assigned: Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills in English: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Guests and colleagues.
  • Adequate visual capabilities to operate store equipment: Ability to see and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Capability to handle various transactions and make accurate change: Ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to lift and move objects as required: Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Tolerance to varying temperatures: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
