Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretching classes to clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their stretching goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience and maintaining accurate client notes
  • Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing proper stretch techniques and StretchLab policies
  • Attend staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Handle client concerns and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training to clients
  • Fitness certification required
  • Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
  • Fantastic communication skills and empathy
  • Must be available to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program
Compensation:

$30.00 per hour
