About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Customer Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Customer Service Department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, with experience in leading teams and developing processes to improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
* Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce call abandonment rates
* Conduct regular performance audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues

Requirements:
* A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in customer service management roles, preferably within the IPA/HMO industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience
