Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Department Head to join our team at Alta Hospitals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our customer service department. This includes supervising staff members, managing call production, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Supervise staff members to ensure they meet performance standards
- Manage call production and ensure staff members remain compliant with requirements
- Liaise with the Customer Service Manager to understand organizational development and department objectives
- Participate in hiring staff and conduct evaluations
- Develop and maintain internal/external business relationships
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in IPA/HMO operations in a customer service call center
- Knowledge of health plans and benefits; proficiency in Microsoft applications required
- Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
