Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Equipment Sales Representative to join our team at Johnson Controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our HVAC equipment offerings to mechanical contractors, designers, consulting engineers, and owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Johnson Controls HVAC equipment offerings to the construction community, including contractors, consultants, and designers.
  • Manage multiple ongoing opportunities and build partnering relationships with the owner construction community.
  • Seek out, target, and initiate contact with prospective customers in alignment with JCI strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and leverage the sales process to close sales quickly.
  • Act as the customer's advocate in interactions with Johnson Controls to ensure the customer obtains the best value from our offerings.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of successful large HVAC Equipment field sales experience.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business.
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
