Admissions Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admissions Representative to join our team at Charter College. As an Admissions Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and enrolling qualified students who are likely to graduate.
Key Responsibilities- Handle all types of inquiries received by the college, including telephone, direct mail, and Internet.
- Generate personally developed leads through current students, outside resources, and referrals.
- Conduct admission interviews over the phone, in person, or by video.
- Enroll qualified applicants and conduct scheduled follow-up procedures with both enrolled and non-enrolled prospects.
- Enter all tasks and notes into CampusVue daily and track incomplete enrollment files to ensure deadlines are met.
- High school or equivalent (Required).
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
- 2 years minimum work experience in a sales calls-related environment.
- 2 years minimum work experience in Admissions Representative (Sales).
- Ability to work effectively in an indoor, fast-paced, sales center work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency to business and customer needs.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive hourly rate.
