Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at ABB. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize market share and margin. You will work closely with contractors to promote ABB's products and services, and provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to business and sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin
- Ownership of contractor accounts, responsible for maintaining relationships at all levels of organization
- Develop and monitor growth plans, marketing programs, and training
- Perform take-offs and develop cost-effective proposals from project plans and specifications
- Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and hit-rate information to business and sales leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and a minimum of 10 years of industry experience in sales
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical industry and switchgear products, as well as experience working with distributors and electrical contractors in the Reno market
- Ability to apply Six Sigma to improve customer satisfaction
- Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools
