The focus will be on leading the Luxury and Hotel Collection by forging and nurturing strong alliances with premier hotel brands, thereby delivering added value to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement a seamless and rewarding experience for Citi Travel customers.
- Assess opportunities to integrate our travel ecosystem with strategic partners.
- Advance the Citi Travel product roadmap to surpass customer expectations, create new revenue avenues, expand market share, and secure competitive advantage.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Drive year-over-year growth by enhancing customer transactions, increasing visits, and boosting overall engagement.
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Citi Travel's Luxury and Hotel Collection, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Develop compelling value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred partner status among hotel brands.
- Manage relationships with external partners and oversee ongoing collaborations related to Citi Travel.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
- Experience in project management and governance, with a proven track record of developing project plans and guiding diverse stakeholders to meet milestones.
- Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while exercising strong judgment and critical thinking.
- Self-driven with a commitment to fostering a culture of control within the organization.
- Proven relationship management skills, with the ability to strengthen partnerships and influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with a knack for identifying opportunities within existing processes and business practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Credit Card Rewards is advantageous.
- Pragmatic problem-solver and forward thinker with independent thought.
