We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at LGI Homes. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and leading a team of New Home Sales Consultants to meet and exceed annual sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, select, train, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Conduct monthly goal setting sessions and facilitate group training
  • Ensure excellent customer service and sales experience

Requirements:

  • Top producing sales record and experience training, managing, and motivating a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Ability to work on weekends and obtain an active real estate license
