Home Sales Director

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and leading a team of New Home Sales Consultants to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
This is a leadership position that requires a sales record and experience in training, managing, and motivating a team. You will be expected to communicate effectively in person and over the phone, and be willing to work on weekends. A valid driver's license and real estate license are also required.
