Job Title: Account Representative

Intralox, a leading provider of innovative conveyance solutions, is seeking a skilled Account Representative to join their Customer Service team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service support to customers, managing accounts, and collaborating with a dedicated team to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests for quotes and orders.
  • Manage a high volume of transactional work, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Offer technical assistance and recommendations for conveyor and belting solutions to enhance customer operations and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and expand customer relationships to ensure replacement and new business.
  • Utilize the CRM system to efficiently oversee and cultivate strong customer connections.
Requirements:
  • Strong mathematical and technical aptitude, with the ability to pass a mathematics test and technical aptitude assessment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to complete and pass a written test.
  • Self-managed team player with a working knowledge of Windows-based software.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and travel for up to a week at a time.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute and work occasional weekends for training and development.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous business-to-business customer phone support service experience.
  • College degree preferred, with familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle) a plus.
