About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team at Total Quality Logistics. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting and working with our established Sales Team to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team and customers to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
  • Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
  • Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
  • Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
  • Become a subject matter expert for TQL's new transportation services

Requirements
  • College degree preferred, but we have successful account representatives without one
  • Available to work full-time in-office, experiencing our award-winning culture
  • The determination to work harder than anyone you know
