Verizon Sales Account Representative

We are a sales agency based in New Orleans, Louisiana, providing customer-focused business development solutions for various brands and companies. Our goal is to help them expand their market share without increasing costs.
We have recently partnered with Verizon to assist in the development and execution of a sales campaign. The Verizon Sales Account Representative will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service and Sales teams and will be a client-facing role, meeting with prospective customers regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough product presentations for internal and external customers based on their needs and wants.
- Establish genuine relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty and increase customer retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Verizon's products and services, including new promotions, installation processes, and account support services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Assist in order processing and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in accordance with compliance policies and regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and account support by building rapport and trust with customers.
- Use relationship-building techniques to generate new business and referral opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role.
- Experience in a retail or hospitality environment is highly regarded.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members, customers, and clients.
- Must be able to work at our corporate office location regularly.
- Desire to join a growing team that prioritizes employee well-being and personal and professional development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and presentation skills.
