Job Title: Verizon Sales Account Representative

We are a sales agency based in New Orleans, Louisiana, providing customer-focused business development solutions for various brands and companies. Our goal is to help them expand their market share without increasing costs.

The Verizon Sales Account Representative will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Customer Service and Sales teams, interacting with prospective customers, and conducting informative product presentations to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with internal and external customers to execute thorough product presentations based on their wants and needs.
  • Establish genuine relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty and increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of Verizon's products and services, including new promotions, installation processes, and account support services.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all new and existing customers.
  • Assist in order processing and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in accordance with our compliance policies and regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and account support by building rapport and trust with customers.
  • Use relationship-building techniques to generate new business and referral opportunities.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role.
  • Experience in a retail or hospitality environment is strongly regarded.
  • Ability to establish, build, and maintain positive working relationships with team members, customers, and clients.
  • Must be able to work at our corporate office location on a regular basis.
  • Desire to join a growing team and organization that prioritizes employee well-being and personal and professional development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and presentation skills.
