Maintenance Supervisor Multi-Site

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and initiative-driven Maintenance Supervisor Multi-Site who excels in customer service and is driven to succeed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring the physical condition and appearance of our properties meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities, including curb appeal, timely work request service, quality turnover/make-ready schedule, and cost-effective inventory control and ordering.
  • Ensure all service requests are completed daily, and generate an effective on-call schedule for emergency maintenance.
  • Assist and lead Punch List for vacated units, re-inspecting vacant or punch list units after make-ready completion to determine the quality of work performed.
  • Obtain bids and negotiate prices with vendors and contractors, manage and maintain all contracts and warranties, and diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair.
  • Provide ongoing training and leadership to Maintenance staff, and prioritize numerous requests and incoming information to ensure an appropriate level of response and urgency is given to each.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in a high-rise or mid-rise apartment building.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (BA preferred), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment, maintain confidentiality, and effectively conflict resolve and provide customer service.
  • Working knowledge of Yardi or other property management software, and a current driver's license with proof of automobile insurance.
Compensation:

A competitive salary ranging from $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a positive, collaborative work environment, performance incentives, and a full benefits package for full-time employment upon meeting eligibility requirements.
