Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Maintain onsite quality control by conducting regular walk-throughs and overseeing subcontractor checklists.
  • Manage the onsite Build Binder, permit documents, and site plan to ensure accurate information and compliance.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, handling, storage, and placement, and schedule inspections as necessary.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong analytical mindset to manage logistics and scheduling. Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and project management software is required.
