Job Summary

The Learning Experience #328 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for our students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular updates and progress reports, ensuring they are informed about their child's progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of center-wide initiatives and programs that support the growth and success of our students.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a preschool setting.
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and ability to apply them in the classroom.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40lbs and participate in physical activities with students.
  • US work authorization required.
