We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to lead our Primrose School of Johns Creek Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our school, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our children, and promoting a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities- Enrollment & Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain current enrollment, ensuring a strong pipeline of new families.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with state and Primrose regulations.
- Work Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, hiring and developing high-quality staff, and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, communicating regularly about their child's progress and ensuring high levels of parent satisfaction.
- Financial Sustainability: Ensure school occupancy remains above 90% and costs are managed within Primrose standards.
- 3+ years of experience managing a school with over 150 children.
- Proven track record of maintaining above 90% occupancy with a waitlist.
- Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- State Certification as a Director (required).
- At least 2 years of experience as a group teacher for children under six.
- Previous leadership experience in early education.
- Strong business management and financial skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and health practices in childcare.
- Passion for child development and education.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Start Date: ASAP.
