E-Branch Fulfillment Representative Job Description

At Members Choice Credit Union, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-Branch Fulfillment Representative to join our team. As an E-Branch Fulfillment Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our members and ensuring the smooth operation of our E-Branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional service to all members and associates, adhering to our member-centric model for service standards.
  • Process wire transfers, including contacting members via phone to authenticate and entering wire requests into the Symitar system.
  • Assist with email, chat, and Hubspot correspondence, as well as retrieve and process fax requests.
  • Perform outbound calls to confirm completion of requests or receive additional information from members.
  • Process member requests, including stop payments, debit card requests, account closures, check by mail, and removing dormancy.
  • Process and post transaction fees to Symitar, as well as charge transfer transaction fees as needed.
  • Print and mail loan coupons, research and print check copies and/or monthly statements, and review check order requests.
  • Fax payoffs to dealers and other financial institutions, and assist members and branches with Bill Pay and online/mobile banking requests.
  • Forward release of lien and title requests to the title department for processing, and open all account types available online.
  • Assist with call volume as needed, and participate in community relation activities and groups to represent the Credit Union.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service banking experience preferred.
  • Skills/Abilities:
    • Provides best of class, Member Centric service.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
    • Fast learner and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook Email.
