Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of dedicated professionals in implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and achieving operational excellence.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to drive business results and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and direct a workforce of salary and hourly maintenance employees towards delivery of all building KPIs.
- Manage to deadlines and timelines, with a high degree of planned and unplanned variables and complexities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- 3+ years of extensive knowledge and experience with MODAPTS or Ford Production Standards.
- 3+ years of manufacturing and/or maintenance leadership experience.
- Industrial Engineering degree.
- Master Black Belt / Black Belt Six Sigma.
