Job Title: Continuous Improvement Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Engineering Manager to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals in implementing best practices and optimizing processes to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to drive safety, productivity, quality, and cycle time improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including safety, quality, and engineering, to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and direct a workforce of maintenance employees to deliver building KPIs.
  • Manage deadlines and timelines, with a high degree of planned and unplanned variables and complexities.
Requirements:
  • Industrial Engineering degree is a must.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
  • 3+ years of extensive knowledge and experience with MODAPTS or Ford Production Standards.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing and/or maintenance leadership experience.
  • Must be flexible with rotational shifts.

  • Proven leadership experience to develop future leaders in all areas of the operation.
  • Ability to manage and direct operations support toward continuous improvement and best-in-class network performance in safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and cycle times.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management across diverse functions.
  • Drive for results, analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to work independently and collaboratively with all stakeholders.
