At Husky Terminal, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager III to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to lead our terminal operations workforce in ensuring efficient, safe, and productive operations for customers, terminal area, and cargo type.

About the Role

The Operations Manager III will be responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of terminal operations workforce. This includes developing and achieving operational and financial goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include supervising labor, foreman, and other personnel, developing short-range business plans, determining labor needs, and ensuring payroll accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of terminal operations staff, including labor and foremen.
  • Develop and implement short-range business plans to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Determine labor needs and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Champion the company's Safety program and work closely with Maintenance & Repair/Terminal Departments.
  • Maintain positive relations with labor and union officials.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least two years of experience in Marine Terminal Operations or a closely related field. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year
