The Role

Pure Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our properties.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of property management, including rent collection, maintenance coordination, and lease administration. You will work closely with our owners and residents to ensure that their needs are met and that our properties are well-maintained.

We are looking for an experienced property manager who has a proven track record of success in managing residential properties. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of our properties, including rent collection, maintenance coordination, and lease administration
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of our properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet high standards
  • Work closely with our owners and residents to understand their needs and concerns
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records of property activity, including rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease agreements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in residential property management
  • A valid driver's license in Washington State
  • A valid real estate salesperson license in the state of Washington
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
