Leadership Opportunity in Clinical Nursing

We are seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to lead our clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a key member of our team, you will support the Director of Nursing in maintaining adequate staffing and participate in staff recruitment and development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentor staff, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
  • A BSN degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification and RN licensure.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35-$45 per hour.
