Automotive Repair Specialist

At Quality Talent Group, we're seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team. As a champion of quality, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify repair needs and develop efficient repair plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and timely repair status updates.
- Perform high-quality repairs while maintaining a focus on on-time delivery.
- Make informed decisions regarding repair versus replacement, considering factors such as safety, cost, and cycle time.
- Remove and replace vehicle components, including upholstery, accessories, and electrical equipment, to access damaged areas.
- Participate in regular safety meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to file, grind, and sand repaired surfaces.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices as needed, providing guidance on complex tasks and procedures.
- Possession of a body repair certification is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer-specific requirements.
- I-CAR welding certification is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
