Job Title: Key Account Coordinator

At Spring Footwear Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Coordinator to join our team. As a Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our key customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, including communication, issue resolution, and order fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and projects.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and other relevant software applications.
