Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at 231 Woodbridge Ave. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer service, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support throughout the repair process.

Key Tasks
  • Provide top-notch customer service while addressing customer queries.
  • Effectively handle and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Organize and maintain a clean, well-equipped reception area.
  • Deliver precise and informative responses to customer inquiries in-person and via email.
  • Efficiently manage daily delivery arrivals, organization, and dispatch.
  • Implement robust safety measures to safeguard the office environment.
  • Manage office supply ordering and stock control.
  • Maintain updated calendars to optimize scheduling.
  • Carry out diverse clerical duties, including data processing and document maintenance.
Salary Range

$48,000 - $58,000 per annum based on your skills and experience.
