About the Role

This Reception and Office Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at 231 Woodbridge Ave. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service while we complete all necessary repairs on their vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome and greet customers promptly and professionally.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls while maintaining accurate records.
  3. Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and well-stocked.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries in-person and via email in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Coordinate delivery receipt, sorting, and distribution.
  6. Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain office security.
  7. Source and manage front office supplies.
  8. Update calendars to facilitate efficient scheduling.
  9. Complete various administrative tasks including data entry and document management.
Compensation Package

$42,000 - $52,000 annual salary range depending on qualifications and experience.
