Position Overview:

We are seeking an Environmental Project Manager who is passionate about engaging in diverse projects, from site investigations to regulatory compliance, feasibility studies, and remedial design and implementation for both conventional and emerging contaminants. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and oversee project coordination and execution related to environmental investigations and remediation efforts.
  • Lead technical teams in collaboration with our offices nationwide, addressing challenges, preparing plans and specifications, and liaising with clients and subcontractors.
  • Develop comprehensive Work Plans and Sampling and Analysis Plans, coordinating various investigation activities including soil, groundwater, and air sampling.
  • Conduct and supervise site investigation activities, ensuring thorough sampling of various environmental media.
  • Provide compliance support to senior regulatory specialists, including data collection for permitting, analysis, and regulatory evaluations.
  • Engage with clients, regulatory bodies, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control of project deliverables, both for self-managed tasks and those overseen by others.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, Biology, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Texas P.E. or Texas P.G.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in environmental assessment and remediation.
  • HAZWOPER training and certification required.
  • Familiarity with RCRA and CERCLA processes and documentation is preferred.
  • Experience with federal projects or working with Department of Defense/Navy projects is advantageous.
  • Understanding of federal facility policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel to support ongoing environmental projects.
