Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Project Manager to oversee a diverse array of projects, including site investigations, regulatory compliance, feasibility studies, and remedial design and implementation for both conventional and emerging contaminants. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, professional growth, and a supportive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and project coordination, ensuring the successful execution of environmental investigations and remediation efforts.
  • Lead technical teams across various locations, addressing challenges, preparing project plans, and engaging with clients and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement Work Plans and Sampling and Analysis Plans, coordinating field investigation activities.
  • Conduct and oversee site investigation processes, including sampling of various environmental media.
  • Provide compliance support to senior regulatory specialists, including data collection and analysis for permitting and regulatory evaluations.
  • Facilitate communication with clients, regulatory bodies, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control for project deliverables, both for self-managed and team-managed tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Biology, or a related field.
  • Possession of Texas P.E. or Texas P.G. Certification.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in environmental assessment and remediation.
  • HAZWOPER training and certification are required.
  • Familiarity with RCRA and CERCLA processes is preferred.
  • Experience with federal projects or Texas state-lead contracts is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of federal facility policies and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project support.
