  • Invoice Entries: Accurately process and record invoices for payment.
  • Account Reconciliations & Accuracy Reviews: Conduct regular account reconciliations and accuracy reviews to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with IRS Report Preparations: Assist with the preparation of IRS reports, including ACA, PCORI, 1099s, and Form 5500s.
  • Daily Check-Runs for Plan Claim Payments: Conduct daily check-runs to ensure timely payment of plan claim payments.
  • Monthly Premium Billing: Process and record monthly premium billing for self-funded health plans.
  • Generating & Distributing Monthly Plan Reports: Generate and distribute monthly plan reports to stakeholders.
  • Assisting with Preparing Client Renewal Reports: Assist with the preparation of client renewal reports.
  • Other Tasks as Needed: Perform other tasks as needed to support the Accounting Team.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with an Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under tight deadlines, are essential for this role.
