Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Concrete Estimator to play a key role in our project bidding process. As a critical member of our team, you will prepare accurate, competitive, and profitable bids for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will review project plans to identify scope and specifications
  • Analyze costs and prepare detailed quantity take-offs
  • Work closely with project teams to assess requirements and deliver comprehensive estimates
  • Maintain up-to-date databases of labor, materials, and equipment costs
  • Presentation of estimates and proposals to management and clients

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in concrete construction estimating
  • Strong understanding of concrete materials, techniques, and cost structures
  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., OST, Bluebeam, Procore)
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
