IT Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical support, including discovery meetings, site visits, proposals, and presentations.
- Assist in deploying and managing Windows Servers and Active Directory, designing Local Area Networks, implementing and monitoring network security, and optimizing and maintaining network software and hardware.
- Build and deploy file servers and cloud computing solutions, configure and deploy VOIP solutions, and perform network infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Server, telephone solutions, and monitor alert systems to take appropriate action.
- Utilize event logs to affect repairs and receive escalated service requests requiring enhanced responses.
- Onboard new users and ensure seamless integration into the team.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, and workstations, Exchange server, and Active Directory.
- Previous managerial experience is a must, with a strong track record of delivering results in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with clients at a business level to understand their current and historic issues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience writing proposals for and implementing technical solutions to fulfill business needs.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player.
- Strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems, with experience in RMM and PSA tools a plus.
- Ability to problem-solve at a high level, with extraordinary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Sales training experience is a plus, and having worked in an MSP environment is a major advantage.
- CompTIA Net+ and/or CompTIA Security+ certifications.
- MCSA or MCSE certifications, with a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies.
- CCNA or CCIE-Cisco certifications, with a strong understanding of Cisco technologies.
