Job Summary:

La Frontera Arizona is seeking a qualified Behavior Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Children's Services Department, you will provide direct support with a strong emphasis on behavior management to adolescents and families in their homes, schools, and/or in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support with a focus on behavior management to adolescents and families.
  • Work collaboratively with teams serving families within the Child and Family Team process.
  • Develop and implement behavior management plans to support adolescents and families.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
  • Facilitate groups and meetings with community members, families, and teens.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • BHT level as stipulated by AZDHS/BHS preferred.
  • Experience working with at-risk adolescents preferred.
  • Minimum one year prior experience in an applicable or relevant setting.
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and groups.
