Job Title: Facilities Services Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Services Specialist to join our team at ACL Digital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing integrated support programs and services to our colleagues and contingent workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Global Facilities Services Model within the office
  • Manage office support resources, limiting operating costs and mitigating risks
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the local office support team
  • Build strong relationships with office leadership and corporate function colleagues
  • Work collaboratively to meet support requirements, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Requirements:

  • Customer service orientation and strong desire to deliver value-added support
  • Subject matter expertise in facilities management and office support operations
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to coach, train, and motivate colleagues
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a similar role
