Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger entries and oversee trial balance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Handle fixed assets reporting, including schedules and depreciation.
- Compile month-end closing documents and year-end financial statements, collaborating with external auditors as necessary.
- Support the preparation of financial statements.
- Oversee property-level month-end financials, including income statements, balance sheets, accounts receivable, rent rolls, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate ad-hoc reports such as accounts receivable aging, depreciation schedules, and loan compliance.
- Create and dispatch invoices, maintain records of receivable aging, and assist in accounts receivable collections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger Accounting.
- Experience with Fixed Assets.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Accounting is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Excel.
