- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to navigate between office and operational environments effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a history of building cross-functional teams and developing key talent.
- Focus on achieving business objectives through proactive collaboration and initiative.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in the Design or Architectural Products sector.
- Background in Marketing Management and/or Sales.
- Strong business acumen with a proven history of enhancing operational and financial performance.
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience with P&L accountability and strategic planning proficiency.
- Ability to lead organizational change and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15+ years of management experience, ideally within a $100 million+ revenue operation.
- MBA.
- Experience in R&D or manufacturing settings.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Experience leading diverse teams across various functions.
- History of implementing strategic initiatives and achieving business goals.
- Ability to forge strong external relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Innovative approach to adopting industry-leading tools and improvement systems.
- Previous experience in both professional office and manufacturing environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 annually
