Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the Design or Architectural Products sector.

  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience with P&L accountability and strategic planning proficiency.
  • Ability to lead organizational change and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

  • MBA.
  • Experience in R&D or manufacturing settings.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 annually
