POSITION OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service, addressing questions regarding insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, and policy modifications.
- Adopt a customer-focused strategy to assist clients in making informed insurance decisions.
- Identify potential leads, schedule appointments, evaluate client needs, and advocate for suitable products and services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in sales is beneficial (e.g., retail, telemarketing, outside sales).
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Interest in promoting products tailored to customer requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Property & Casualty license is necessary (can be obtained).
- Life and Health license is necessary (can be obtained).
