Achieve established business production targets.
Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
Stay informed about new products and services.
Build and nurture client relationships.
Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE IS MANDATORY
Previous experience in insurance is advantageous
Demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
Exhibit strong self-motivation and a sense of urgency.
Ability to establish relationships from the ground up.
Capable of managing multiple tasks, ensuring follow-through and follow-up.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
