The Role


As a Marketing Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing initiatives aimed at fostering business expansion and engaging both prospects and clients to maximize their experience with GoodTime.

In this position, you will leverage your expertise in paid marketing and execute essential marketing operations, including personalized messaging within the product and various communication channels such as email, in-product notifications, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) support.

We prioritize data-driven strategies in all our endeavors. We rigorously test and evaluate all communications, tailoring experiences to be personalized and relevant for different audience segments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, encompassing online paid advertising, social media outreach, email campaigns, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance digital platforms for effective lead generation, customer engagement, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Support lifecycle marketing and ongoing campaigns via email to boost database interaction, minimize customer attrition, and enhance retention rates.
  • Develop and manage an experimentation roadmap to implement a comprehensive testing agenda, validate hypotheses, and scale successful messaging strategies.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline, automate, and assess all marketing activities and workflows. Implement and ensure quality assurance for campaign attribution across all marketing platforms.
  • Draft creative briefs and collaborate with creative teams to produce campaign materials.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Data, and Marketing teams to achieve ambitious growth objectives and enhance campaign effectiveness through improved tools, automation, and personalization.
  • Evaluate and report on the impact of initiatives, collaborating to identify and scale effective strategies.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in growth or marketing, with a proven track record in creating and analyzing marketing campaigns, executing paid media strategies, and supporting key marketing operations.
  • Experience in experimentation, with a solid history of designing and implementing a testing roadmap.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. You should be capable of writing and interpreting queries to uncover opportunities for experimentation and optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Chili Piper, and Salesforce.
  • A creative and empathetic mindset; always prioritizing the customer experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a win-as-a-team culture.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt swiftly to changing priorities.
