About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and collaborative leader to join our team as a Transformation Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our business growth and transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Firmwide Management and Operations: Assume overall accountability for the successful execution of our business plan and strategic priorities, working closely with our CEO and other senior leaders.
  • New Business Growth: Leverage your professional network and cultivate new relationships to discover and close near-term revenue opportunities aligned with our growth strategy.
  • Strategic Leadership of Consulting Teams: Provide strategic counsel, coaching, and operational support to individual consulting team leads, driving accountability and client service excellence.
