Role Summary:

The Sales and Revenue Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for Flik Hospitality Group at the Kellogg Conference Center on the campus of Gallaudet University in Washington, DC. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or revenue management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
