We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant Coordinator to join our team at MSCCN in Stratford, Connecticut. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity that requires exceptional administrative support and customer service skills.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative assistance, including data entry, document management, and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team by organizing files, scheduling appointments, and handling shipping functions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
  • Carry out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process customer credit applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to create, format, and manage documents and spreadsheets.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status.
  • Assist in the management of the customer service process from initial contact through resolution of issues.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook to manage correspondence and schedule appointments.
  • Carry out scanning tasks, ensuring all documents are accurately digitized and stored in an organized manner.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with data entry tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in administrative assistance.
  • Ability to organize and maintain files.
  • Experience with scanning documents.
  • Ability to schedule appointments effectively.
  • Familiarity with shipping functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education level.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
