Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our healthcare facility.
This role is essential for delivering excellent patient care and facilitating efficient clinic operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, managing office correspondence, and handling billing processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are also essential for this role.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail.
- Handle billing processes, including collecting payments and verifying insurance coverage.
- Prepare and process medical reports, referrals, and authorizations.
- Order and maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Certification as a Medical Administrative Assistant (preferred).
- Experience in a medical office setting (preferred).
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and EHR systems.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
