Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide shift differentials, medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, paid meal periods, eight paid holidays, an employee assistance program, longevity credit, and short- and long-term disability benefits.

Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee the nursing department in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON). Responsibilities include reviewing staffing at shift change, assigning and replacing staff as needed, completing patient care rounds, and coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality resident care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) license, a minimum of two years of nursing experience, and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
