Job Overview

The Kennedy Collective Inc is seeking a dedicated Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities.

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living skills supervision and coordination, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Ensure individual's medical, dental, dietary, psychological, and all other service recommendations and treatments are followed through as identified on the individual's Plan of Service.
  • Coordinate leisure skill activities, prepare meals, clean, and maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Administer medications/treatments in accordance with doctor's orders and agency policies/procedures.
  • Assist with development and implementation of Individual Program Plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, including program and behavioral data, medical and medication records, and financial receipts.
  • Participate in emergency or behavioral situations as needed.
  • Perform various errands and responsibilities to ensure the efficiency of the program.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working with persons with disabilities in a residential setting.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to possess a State of CT Public Service License.
  • Must maintain a satisfactory driving record.
  • You must be in possession of a car on site during your entire shift to transport yourself and/or individuals served to community sites in all weather conditions.
  • PMT and CPR certification required.
  • Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office and the internet.
