Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at RealManage, a rapidly growing national provider of community management services. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn multiple facets of the business and grow your career within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and online chat requests from community homeowners, title agents, and vendors.
  • Address account-related questions, make payments, and provide community information.
  • Provide quality customer service, demonstrating a positive attitude and effectively resolving common issues.

Requirements:

  • Equivalent to a 2-year associate's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive, customer-friendly demeanor.
  • Previous experience assisting with customer billing and account issues a plus.
